👉 kwaterowanie w godzinach 8:00–14:00
🔹 Wjazd na teren kampusu odbywa się od ul. Katowickiej – przez szlaban przy DS Niechcic
🔹 Po wjeździe należy w pierwszej kolejności zgłosić się do portierni w DS Niechcic (która w tych dniach będzie stanowić punkt informacyjny dla naszych przyszłych mieszkańców).
🔹 Portier sprawdzi listę przyjętych i wskaże, do którego akademika student został przydzielony oraz gdzie należy podpisać umowę o zakwaterowanie.
➡️ Dzięki temu unikniemy niepotrzebnego przemieszczania się z bagażami na terenie miasteczka akademickiego.
🎓 Studenci starszych lat
- 1–3 października 2025 r.

⚠️ Ważne zasady dotyczące terminów
- Ostateczny termin zakwaterowania: 3 października 2025 r. (godz. 15:00).
- Wcześniejszy przyjazd musi być uzgodniony z administracją i wiąże się z opłatą wg cennika Domów Studenta UO.
- Późniejsze zakwaterowanie (po 3.10) możliwe jest wyłącznie w wyjątkowych okolicznościach i również musi być wcześniej zgłoszone oraz zatwierdzone przez administrację.
- Brak informacji i zgłoszenia skutkuje skreśleniem z listy mieszkańców 3.10 o godz. 15:00.

📢 Accommodation in the UO Student Dormitories for the 2025/2026 academic year
🧑🎓 First-year students
- 29–30 September 2025
👉 Accommodation between: 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
🔹 Access to the campus is from Katowicka Street – through the barrier at the Niechcic Dormitory
🔹 After entering, you should first report to the reception desk at the Niechcic (which will serve as an information point for our future residents during these days).
🔹 The porter will check the list of accepted students and indicate which dormitory the student has been assigned to and where they can sign the accommodation agreement.
➡️ This will avoid unnecessary movement with luggage around the campus.
🎓 Senior students
- 1–3 October 2025
👉 Accommodation between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m.
⚠️ Important rules regarding deadlines
- Final accommodation deadline: 3th October 2025 (3:00 p.m.).
- Early arrival must be agreed with the administration and will incur a fee according to the UO Student Dormitories price.
- Late check-in (after October 3th) is only possible in exceptional circumstances and must also be reported in advance and approved by the administration.
- Failure to provide information and notification will result in removal from the list of residents on October 3th at 3:00 p.m.
