Applications for a place in a Dormitory for the academic year 2025/2026 

🔷 For current residents of UO Student Dormitories 

Students currently living in the UO Student Dormitories can apply for a place in the dormitory for the next academic year through the USOSweb system https://usosweb.uni.opole.pl

Application path: 

USOSweb → Common Section → Applications → List of applications – Application for dormitory for the 2025/2026 academic year. 

Application deadline: 

🕐 June 1, 2025 (starting at 8:00 am). 

🕐 Until June 30, 2025 (by 11:59 pm). 

🔷 For senior students who are not currently residents of UO Student Dormitories. 

Students who are not currently living in the UO Student Dormitories can apply for a place in a dormitory through the USOSweb system https://usosweb.uni.opole.pl

Application path: 

USOSweb → Common Section  → Applications → List of applications – Application for dormitory for the 2025/2026 academic year. 

Application deadline: 

🕐 July 1, 2025 (starting at 8:00 am). 

🕐 until July 31, 2025 (by 8:00 am). 

🔷 For candidates to study at the University of Opole. 

University candidates can apply for a place in a dormitory through the IRK (Internet Candidate Registration) system https://rekrutacja.uni.opole.pl

Application path: 

IRK → Registration → Application For The Dormitory – select the appropriate group from the list. 

Groups included in the recruitment round: 

– Candidates with Polish citizenship 

– Candidates from abroad 

– ERASMUS+  program participants 

– Europa Master program participants 

Application deadline: 

🕐 June 2, 2025 (starting at 8:00 am). 

🕐 until August 15, 2025 (by 23:59) 

Publication of the results of the round: 

📅 September 1, 2025. 

After analyzing the submitted applications and the possible availability of vacancies, it is possible to launch a supplementary round in September for students who did not apply in previous rounds. Information about the possible launch of this round will be published on the website of the Student Dormitories.
